Mandoo

Mandoo are Korea's dumplings, plump with pork and aromatics, and at Anto they come out of the fryer golden, with a crackle when you bite. They land early, disappear fast, and get reordered often.

At lunch they headline one of our favorite combinations on the menu: mandoo with chilled kudzu cold noodles, hot and crisp against icy and springy. They also turn up in sagol mandu‑guk, the dumpling soup on the weekday lunch menu.
