Mandoo are Korea's dumplings, plump with pork and aromatics, and at Anto they come out of the fryer golden, with a crackle when you bite. They land early, disappear fast, and get reordered often.

Order them as the table's opener while the grill heats up, then chase them with chilled cold noodles, hot and crisp against icy and springy, one of our favorite combinations in the building.
