Naengmyeon is the traditional last act of a barbecue meal: springy noodles served genuinely cold, often with ice in the broth, to reset your palate after the grill. Mul naengmyeon comes in a chilled beef broth; bibim naengmyeon arrives tossed in a red chili‑paste sauce that builds as you eat.
Ours are made with kudzu‑root noodles, a little darker and springier than the usual buckwheat. Order either style on its own, or the lunch combo that pairs cold noodles with mandoo or L.A. galbi, hot‑and‑cold, the way regulars do it.
