Kimchi Fried Rice

Kimchi fried rice is what well‑aged kimchi is for: once it's fermented past its crisp stage it turns deep and tangy, and fried with rice it becomes one of Korea's great comfort dishes. Ours starts with the kimchi we make in house, which is most of the reason it tastes the way it does.

At lunch it comes loaded with beef brisket, and it's a constant on our online ordering popular list: it travels well, which makes it a go‑to pickup order for the neighborhood.
